Remote surveillance of pregnant women at risk from home

With 140+ million births globally each year and around 15% of pregnancies considered high-risk requiring regular checks and surveillance at the hospital healthcare systems worldwide face increasing pressure from staff shortages and limited hospital capacity. Providers urgently need certified, accurate remote-monitoring solutions that can track both mother and fetus at home and anticipate complications.
CHD (Connected Health Development), founded by an experienced team in digital health and smart-textile medical devices, is launching MONI2: a breakthrough remote-surveillance service developed with leading gynecology-obstetrics experts. MONI2 uses a comfortable, washable, healthcare-certified connected textile combined with predictive health indicators for e.g. preterm birth.
